CarTime is a platform that connects renters (“Customers”) with car owners (“Owners”) for short-term vehicle rentals. CarTime may facilitate bookings, communication, and payment processing.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use CarTime.
• You must provide accurate information and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• CarTime may request verification (ID, phone, email, etc.) to enhance trust and safety.

• You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
• You must notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• CarTime may suspend accounts for suspicious activity, fraud, or violations of these Terms.

• Booking availability is shown on the calendar, but final confirmation depends on successful checkout and owner approval where applicable.
• Prices, deposits (if any), and fees will be displayed before payment.
• Payments are processed through CarTime or its payment partners.

• Owners must provide accurate car details (photos, pricing, location, rules, availability).
• Owners are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is safe, legal, and roadworthy.
• CarTime may remove listings that are misleading or unsafe.

Cancellation and refund terms may vary based on the booking type, timing, and payment provider rules. CarTime will display the applicable policy where possible.

• Late cancellations may incur partial or full charges depending on the policy.
• Refunds (if eligible) may take time to appear based on your bank/payment method.

• Customers must return the vehicle on time and in the agreed condition.
• Customers must follow owner rules (fuel policy, mileage limits, cleanliness, etc.) if clearly stated.
• No illegal use, racing, reckless driving, or prohibited activities.

CarTime provides the platform “as is”. CarTime is not the owner of the vehicles unless explicitly stated. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarTime is not liable for indirect losses, disputes between users, or third-party actions.

We may suspend or terminate your access to CarTime if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or harm the platform’s trust and safety.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia (unless a different jurisdiction is required by applicable law).
