Open the app > My Bookings > Select booking > Cancel. If unavailable, contact support with your booking ID.
Most refunds appear within 5–14 business days after approval, depending on your bank/payment method.
Some bookings require a deposit held during the rental, then released based on policy and car condition.
Try reset password, check spam for verification emails, and confirm email/phone is correct.
Owner Dashboard > Listings. If you can’t access it, message support with your owner email.
